Food # 1 for increasing fertility - first grapes

Raw organic grapes are rich in antioxidants, vitamins C and K and trace elements. Studies have demonstrated a positive correlation between a diet rich in antioxidants and quality of sperm. Antioxidants are good for female fertility and contributing to better health of the eggs also.

Food # 2 to increase fertility - Raw almonds

Raw almonds are a great source of protein and fiber. Almonds are just a high source of vitamin E, riboflavin, and trace elements - including zinc, copper, manganese, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant and has been shown to increase fertility in men and women. Eat a small number of raw almonds every day as a snack while trying to conceive.
